Strange fact of the day

In ancient China, doctors could receive fees only if their patient was cured. If it deteriorated, they would have to pay the patient.

Why don't they re-institute this policy today? Imagine that... a doctor paying the patient if they are wrong, or the doctor only getting paid when the patient is cured.
